Is it free to open a GH Pay wallet?
Opening a wallet is completely free. Any service fee is always shown clearly before you confirm a transaction.
What is Smart OTP?
Smart OTP is a verification code generated on your activated phone. It works for exactly one transaction and changes every few seconds. You need your Smart OTP PIN to get it, so even someone with your phone number can't make transactions.
What if I lose my phone?
Call our hotline right away to lock your account. When you sign in on a new phone, you'll verify with an OTP and re-activate Smart OTP.
How is my money protected?
Every transaction is recorded in a double-entry ledger and reconciled automatically every day. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and ID documents are encrypted separately.
How do I delete my account?
